Terms of Service
-By commissioning and sending a payment (partial or complete) you are agreeing to the terms of service indefinitely.
-For partial payment, you agree that the artist can and will only send you half of the work done until full payment is made. (No partial payment accepted for YCH's)
-All payments will be made via PayPal and only USD will be accepted.
-You are always entitled to request a PSD. JPEG. PNG. and CSP. file of the completed work after the full payment is made.
-You are not allowed to sell or re-distribute this work as prints or any other physical/digital copying of this type. (EXCEPTIONS APPLY TO LONG-TERM COMMISSIONS ACCORDING TO THEIR PURPOSE)
-You are not allowed to edit out my watermark/signature at any point in time. (EXCEPTIONS APPLY TO LONG-TERM COMMISSIONS AS LONG AS DUE CREDIT IS GIVEN ACCORDINGLY)
-You are allowed to make edits to the image as you see fit without editing out my signature. (EXCEPTIONS APPLY TO LONG-TERM COMMISSIONS ACCORDINGLY)
-No refunds for partial/full payment provided after the draft sketch is made and shown to the client.
-Commissions will be revoked/cancelled if full payment is not received within 48 hours (or 2 days) after the clean-up sketch is made and shown to the client.
-The time the commission takes to be completed varies depending on the complexity of the work
-I reserve the right to refuse a service.

-By commissioning it is agreed that the artist will be able to post the final piece on social media and tag the commissioner on said post.
-You may not submit the artwork anywhere else without permission.
-Tax is not included on the original price list.
